Terms of Service

1. Scope of Engagement
These Terms of Service govern all software engineering, web application development, API integration, and architectural consulting services provided by Ankudev Technologies ("Ankudev Technologies"). Specific project deliverables, milestone timelines, and fee schedules will be detailed in an individual Statement of Work (SOW) executed for each engagement.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, 100% of the custom software code, designs, documentation, and database schemas created specifically for the client are assigned exclusively to the client. Ankudev Technologies retains no proprietary claims or ongoing royalty demands over client deliverables.
3. Milestone Payments & Sprints
Custom projects are delivered in structured agile sprints. Standard terms require an initial mobilization deposit followed by milestone-based disbursements linked to staging environment demonstrations and sign-offs.
4. 30-Day Production Warranty
All fixed-scope software deliverables include a 30-calendar-day warranty starting upon production cutover. During this period, any functional defects or bugs deviating from the approved technical scope will be resolved promptly at zero additional cost to the client.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India.
